Governance, Sponsorship, Affiliations, Recognitions, and Accreditation
BOARD OF GOVERNORS
The College/Seminary is governed by a Board of Governors made up of Christian lay men and women and ministers drawn from the supporting Churches and friends of the College/Seminary. Members of the Board are chosen on the basis of their personal interest and dedication to the aims of GNTCS, not as representatives of their church organizations.
SPONSORSHIP
The College/Seminary is sponsored by church bodies and associations, as well as individual Christians, who agree with the aims and purposes of GNTCS. These Sponsors, along with other friends, provide for the major portion of the financial needs of the College/Seminary. The school is always happy to add to the numbers of those who want to help serve the church through this special ministry.
AFFILIATION
GNTCS is fully affiliated to the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture at Akropong-Akwapim, in the Eastern Region of Ghana, through whom Diplomas and Degrees are awarded. In addition, GNTCS is a member of the West African Association of Theological Institutions (WAATI); the Conference of African Theological Institutions (CATI), and the Ghana Association of Theological Education by Extension.
RECOGNITIONS
The seminary is recognized by many African Instituted Churches and other ecumenical bodies such as, The Council of African Indigenous Churches in Ghana (CAICG) and the Organization of African Instituted Churches (OAIC).
