Editorial
The articles in this issue open with my article surveying the history of AICs in Ghana and exploring the future of AICs amidst religio-social change. It is followed by a thought-provoking article by Dr. Thomas Oduro, which explores AICs and theological education. Following this is an article by Professor Emmanuel Martey of Trinity Theological Seminary in Accra, Ghana, looking at the life and works of Simon Kimbangu throught the eyes of his followers; an article jointly written by Njeru Wambugu and John Padwick follows, which examines the issues of globalization and AICs. The final article is written by Rev. Humphrey Akogyeram who explores the role of the Holy Spirit within AIC spirituality. Also included is a report on African Instituted Churches' (AIC) Convocation, which took place in Accra, Ghana, October 14-16, 2004.
